The nine-axis MEMS inertial measurement unit consists of three-axis MEMS gyro chips, three-axis MEMS accelerometer chips, three-axis magnetometers, atmospheric pressure sensors,temperature sensors, digital signal processing circuits, structure, and software. The product features a unique structural design, with software incorporating algorithms such as full-temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, and nonlinear compensation. This ensures excellent performance even in static, dynamic, and harsh environmental conditions, providing users with outstanding and reliable measurement data.
