The six-axis MEMS inertial measurement unit consists of MEMS gyro chips, MEMS accelerometer chips, temperature sensors, digital signal processing circuits, and software. It is used for real-time measurement of the three-axis angular rates and three-axis linear accelerations of the carrier. The product adopts miniaturization and anti-vibration, shock-resistant structural design, and incorporates algorithms such as full-temperature compensation , installation misalignment angle compensation, and nonlinear compensation. This ensures that the product maintains excellent performance even in static, dynamic, and harsh environmental conditions including large impacts and high overloads. It outputs stable and reliable six degrees of freedom measurement data to users via a high-speed RS- 422 serial port after error compensation.
