The six-axis MEMS inertial measurement unit consists of high-precision MEMS gyro chips and domestically-produced high-precision MEMS accelerometer chips, temperature sensors, digital signal processing circuits, and software. It is used for real-time measurement of the three-axis angular velocity and three-axis linear acceleration of the carrier. It is compatible with Honeywell HG4930 series products. The product utilizes a unique anti-vibration, shock-resistant structural design, and flexible connection technology. The software incorporates algorithms such as full-temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, and nonlinear compensation, ensuring excellent performance even in static, dynamic, and harsh environmental conditions. It outputs high-quality and reliable six degrees of freedom measurement data to users via a high-speed RS-422 serial port after error compensation.
