The six-axis MEMS inertial measurement unit consists of a MEMS gyro chip, a high-performance MEMS accelerometer chip, a temperature sensor, a digital signal processing circuit, a structure, software, and more. Its purpose is to accurately measure the angular rate and linear acceleration of the carrier in three axes in real-time. This product features flexible connection technology and incorporates advanced algorithms within its software, including full temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, and non-linear compensation. These algorithms ensure optimal performance under various conditions, whether static, dynamic, or in harsh environments. Additionally, the unit offers users stable and reliable six-degree-of-freedom measurement data through its RS-422 serial port output after precise error compensation.
